Just a quick note to let you know how we felt about the work you performed in our home. Our experience with you presented the same attitude as ours in keeping our word and servicing on time without surprises.
We are please with the entire experience from the initial visit through production and installation. We have always said how we would like to be serviced by a company/contractor in the same manner as we service our clients. R&K met this level of service. It felt good being on the receiving side for a change.
With respect to the installer's workmanship, he is very meticulous and will not install any less than his standards, that being perfection. We also felt very comfortaable with his presence in our home.
The stairs being a feature of the hoome are beautiful.
